How Its Made

  • Knives are built using full tang construction and cut from 52100 high carbon ball bearing steel, heat treated to 1525F and tempered for 2 cycles at 350F.
  • All blade grinding and bevels are cut entirely by hand. Blades are sharpened to a 400-grit finish and fine polished with a stropping belt providing a fine serrated working edge that will hold up under the toughest conditions.
  • Handle scale materials are available in paracord, G10, and ironwood. Handles made from ironwood are epoxied with two 0.040″ layers of G10 and secured with brass pins.
  • Knives may be customized by acid etching names or initials into blades.
