At Carnivore Arsenal Knives, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

 General Policy We offer refunds for items purchased through our online store under the following conditions: – The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. – All items must be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. – The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items: – Knives that have been used or altered in any way. – Custom or personalized knives. – Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. **Contact Us**: Email our customer service team at chris.wippel@carnivorearsenal.com or call us at 570-225-1859 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2. **Prepare the Package**: Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that were included. 3. **Shipping**: Return the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. 4. **Shipping Insurance**: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items to ensure they are returned safely.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy standards; we will process your refund within [5-10] business days. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund and the amount processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or style, please follow the same return procedure above, and place a new order for the desired item The returned item will be process for a refund as outlined

Defective or Damaged Items
